Network co-chairs play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration among registered managers. Find out how they help strengthen the network and support professional development.
We have over 130 networks across England, many of which are co-chaired by managers.
Network co-chairs are passionate about what they do, and they have first-hand experience of quality care. The co-chairs provide an opportunity to listen, support and shape their networks to the needs of their area. They develop and promote solutions and share information with full support from their ´óÏó´«Ã½ locality manager and wider network.
Lead a network for registered managers in your area
Every network is also supported by a designated ´óÏó´«Ã½ locality manager, who will work in partnership with you to lead the network. They will set-up and promote meeting dates, book and secure venues, and work with you to plan agendas and identify guest speakers; they will also attend the network meetings.
As a network co-chair you will be asked to lead and co-chair network meetings, work with the locality manager to determine meeting dates, times and locations, develop meeting agendas, represent the network in your area and support efforts to grow the reach and impact of the network locally.
