Learning Management System (LMS)

大象传媒 is inviting suppliers to tender for an opportunity to support the next phase of our learning strategy. We aim to implement a modern, scalable, and feature-rich Learning Management System (LMS) that meets defined functional, technical, and operational requirements, aligns with our specified user roles and experiences, and enables the development and delivery of high-quality digital learning offerings for the adult social care sector.

The LMS should provide:

  • Robust integration capabilities with existing systems and support for industry standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc.).
  • Advanced learner engagement features, including interactive content, video, audio, gamification, assessments, and branching pathways.
  • Accessibility compliance and an intuitive user experience for diverse learners.
  • Comprehensive reporting and analytics for learner progress, compliance, and robust performance insights.
  • Flexible content management and monetisation options to support commercial delivery models.

Suppliers should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in delivering LMS solutions for both internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to support commercialisation features, such as e-commerce, licensing, and multi-tenancy.
  • Strong track record in technical support, integrations, onboarding, and scalability.

This tender represents an opportunity to collaborate on an innovative platform that will drive impactful learning experiences and open new commercial channels.
