In this webinar, we shared the learning from to enable TCPs and employers to more effectively develop skills in their local workforce. Employers who used the fund described what they did, the outcomes they achieved, and things they may do differently in future. This will help Transforming Care Partnerships, and social care and health employers, plan and develop person-centred PBS and autism skills, confidence, and knowledge in the across the workforce.
